We use a process called soft-washing. Soft-washing uses specialized cleaners to effectively rid your home of dirt and grime. So we spray that on and let it sit for a while then come back and use low pressure water to rinse the solution off.
Why don’t we just use high pressure water on your home? Simply put, we like you. If we used high pressure there’s a chance that your home could be damaged or that the water could be forced behind your siding and create mold or mildew. We know you don’t want that and we don’t want to do that to you! That’s why we use soft-washing where necessary.
Of course, more pressure will be needed for driveways, sidewalks, porches, etc. We will still use specialized cleaners so that as little pressure is applied to ensure the safety of your property.
